By providing your mobile phone number to The Sun Broker and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the terms set forth below. Please read these SMS Terms carefully.
The Sun Broker, Inc. ("The Sun Broker," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS messaging program for the purpose of communicating with homeowners, prospective clients, past clients, and referral partners about utility bill reviews, solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) evaluations, appointment scheduling, and related educational content.

Opt-in is not a condition of any purchase, service, or quote. You may request a utility bill review, quote, or proposal without consenting to receive SMS messages.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with The Sun Broker. You may receive several messages per week during active engagement — for example, while scheduling a utility bill review or following up on a proposal — and only occasional messages otherwise.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges from your mobile carrier are your responsibility. The Sun Broker is not responsible for charges levied by your wireless carrier related to SMS messages sent to or received from us.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from The Sun Broker at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any message you receive:
Upon receipt of an opt-out request, we will send one final confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out, and we will not send additional SMS messages to your number. You may re-subscribe at any time by replying START or UNSTOP.

Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or message content to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may only be shared with service providers strictly necessary to deliver our messaging service — such as our SMS platform provider — and only for the purpose of operating the program.
The Sun Broker is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in the delivery of SMS messages. Messages may be delayed, filtered, or undelivered for various reasons outside of our control, including network conditions, device settings, carrier filtering, and changes in your phone number or carrier.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this SMS program — or any portion of these SMS Terms — at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation in the program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide in order to opt in to our SMS program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
